Fall Discovery Weekends return!
(families with children ages 3 and up)
Explore the Arboretum’s gardens and grounds as autumn brings amazing changes. Drop by the Stackhouse Education Center on Saturdays and Sundays anytime between 9 am and 3 pm for this self-guided program for families and children ages 3 and older. Borrow a magnifying glass (please remember to return it once you’re done), grab an interactive activity guide, and head out to see what wonders, big and small, await. There may be a surprise, a clue to follow, a mystery to solve, a chance to create, and always an engaging nature activity.

This program is free to our visitors, however, please consider making a donation of any size to help support the many valuable educational programs offered at the Arboretum.
Please join us on the following dates for Discovery Weekends:
September 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, and 29.
October 6, 12, 13, 19, 26, and 27 (Please note that there is no Discovery Weekend Program on October 5 due to Oktoberfest and October 20 due to Celebrate Fall).
November 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17.
