Volunteer Applications & Contact Forms (WordPress): Information provided when filling out forms on our website, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, emergency contact information, and volunteer preferences.
Form Protection (reCAPTCHA): We implement Google reCAPTCHA on our volunteer and contact forms to prevent automated spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as IP address, device specs, and interaction data) to perform security analyses. Information collected by reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Donations, Event Registrations, & User Accounts (Givecloud): Information submitted when making a gift, registering for an event, or creating a user account, including your full name, email address, phone number, billing address, account login credentials, and transactional details.
Donor Management (DonorPerfect Integration): Information provided during transactions or form submissions is synchronized with our donor database (DonorPerfect) to maintain historical records of contributions, event participation, and communication preferences.
Payment Information: Wherever we collect sensitive payment information (such as credit card data or digital wallet processing like Apple Pay and Google Pay), that information is encrypted and transmitted directly through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw payment credentials on our WordPress or Givecloud servers.

Automatically Collected Information & Analytics

Google Analytics & Usage Data: We collect information on how our services are accessed and used. This Usage Data includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data. We use Google Analytics solely to monitor site performance and optimize user experience.

We use your information to respond regarding the reason you contacted us, process your donations, register you for events, evaluate volunteer submissions, or fulfill requests. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., processing a transaction through payment processors).
