Reeves-Reed Arboretum Celebrates the 25th Anniversary of
Holiday House Tour – December 7
SUMMIT – Things are getting festive as the boughs are being hung for the 25th Anniversary of Reeves-Reed Arboretum's Annual Holiday House Tour, set for Thursday, December 7. The tour will include a record number of elegant homes in Summit, all decked out for the holidays, ranging from contemporary homes to stylish Tudors, along with RRA's historic Wisner House on the Arboretum grounds. The homes will be open for touring from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Wisner House will stay open till 8 pm to accommodate the increased number of holiday house tour guests and evening shoppers.
Enjoy the annual Holiday Boutique and Garden Shoppe at Wisner House starting at 9 am on the day of the tour. Select vendors and RRA horticulturists will create a wonderland of gifts, treats, and seasonal arrangements sure to delight everyone on your holiday gift list. Evening shopping hours are extended to 8 pm so bring a friend and enjoy a holiday cocktail and additional shopping from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Tickets for Holiday House Tour are $40 for RRA members ($45 for non-members). A special package that includes an elegant buffet luncheon at the beautiful Beacon Hill Club is $75 for Arboretum members ($80 for non members).
Tickets purchased on the day of the tour will be $50 and for the tour alone.
Don't want to drive? The Arboretum also offers a special, limited availability Valet Package for $100 which includes one house tour ticket, the luncheon, and a jitney that leaves from the Grand Summit Hotel and takes participants to each home on the tour.
