Join Tracy Hart of Mindful Life on Demand to let go and roll in this gentle class that uses massage balls to undo tension in the mind and body. Improve your posture, release trigger points, increase range of motion, and let go of pain. These movements are slow and meditative and are designed to allow you to relax and reduce stress.
You must bring your own yoga mat to this event! You may also bring blankets or towels to support your head and for comfort. Massage balls will be provided for use during the class. No refunds/transfers.
