Glassblowing Fun for the Family: Saturday, May 1

Glassblowing Fun for the Family:  A collaboration between Reeves-Reed Arboretum and The Morris County School of Glass
(for ages 8 and up)

Part 1: Glassblowing
Friday, April 16 or Saturday, April 17 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (participants sign up for a half hour session) at The Morris County School of Glass (89 Whippany Road in Morristown).

Expert glassblowers at Morris County School of Glass will help you to create a unique, one of a kind glass planter just in time to gift to yourself or that special person on Mother's Day. You will transform 2,100 degree molten glass into a beautiful work of art that will give you bragging rights.

Part 2: Stroll and Plant
Saturday, May 1 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Reeves Reed Arboretum (165 Hobart Avenue, Summit).

Pick up your planter at the Arboretum and participants will be treated to a guided stroll through the beautiful grounds to view the eye-catching spring flowers in bloom. Afterwards everyone will head over to the greenhouse to select and pot up a special flowering plant in their glass planters.

Please click here to register!  Please note that the cost of $114 is for both classes.
