Join Tracy Hart of Mindful Life on Demand and experience breathing exercises, a relaxing meditation, and the sound of the singing bowls - all of which promote deep relaxation and healing of the mind and body. Bring your own chair or yoga mat and anything else needed for comfort (blanket, bug spray, water). Ticket sales close at 10 AM on the morning of the event and there are no refunds or transfers (unless the event is cancelled due to weather).
