Join John Beirne, Director of Horticulture, for an early winter walk through our gardens and woodlands—a seasonal exploration of nature’s quiet beauty. Discover how plants adapt to survive the cold months ahead, and take in the striking silhouettes of bare branches set against the pale, slanting light of early December in New Jersey. Along the way, you’ll encounter plants whose vibrant fruiting clusters not only brighten winter’s gray days but also provide vital food for our non-human garden residents.
Please dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes, as we’ll be walking throughout the grounds for the entirety of the program.
Member Price: $10 | Non-Member Price: $25
