Decompress and connect with your inner wisdom in this yoga, Reiki, and sound healing session. Led by a Healing Arts Gallery instructor, this is the perfect opportunity to relieve holiday stress during the busy month of December. We’ll also enjoy some warm calming tea and biscuits at the end of the session.
