Get Grounded with Us!
The Healing Arts GALLERY: Grounding in the Gardens is a beautiful way to start your journey to calm. If you’re looking for a way to decompress and connect with your inner wisdom, don’t miss this opportunity to experience Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing, all focused on activating and balancing your Root Chakra.
Join us for a session dedicated to grounding, where we will incorporate Reiki, Yoga, and sound healing. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. We encourage participants to remove their shoes and socks to stand on the ground during certain parts of the session.
The session will include guided meditation, gentle slow-flow yoga (suitable for all levels), and a group Reiki session with sound healing to activate your Root Chakra.
