The Healing Arts GALLERY is excited to participate with Reeves-Reed Arboretum!
Grounding in the Gardens is a beautiful way to start your journey to calm. If you’re looking to decompress and connect with your inner wisdom, don’t miss this opportunity to experience yoga, Reiki, and sound healing, all focused on activating and balancing your Root Chakra. The session will include guided meditation, gentle slow-flow yoga (suitable for all levels), and a group Reiki session with sound healing to further activate your Root Chakra.
Meet us in the Azalea Garden. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. We encourage participants to remove their shoes and socks to connect with the ground during certain parts of the session.
