Oaks and Acorns (for children ages 3-5 with an adult)
Wonder, respect, and love for the natural world start early in this engaging weekly class. Discover some of the incredible plants and animals that make the Arboretum so special. Take nature walks, tell stories and sing songs, and create one-of-a-kind art project every week. And at the end of the series, take home a nature book you made yourself! This shared nature experience is one you both will treasure!

NEW! The Kitchen Garden (for children ages 6 to 10)
Reeves-Reed Arboretum is excited to announce a new after-school class: The Kitchen Garden. This class will combine gardening and eating! There are so many foods that we use in our kitchen that can be planted. Not only will participants be planting and sprouting various food items, they will also have an opportunity to prepare and sample the foods they plant! Be prepared to get dirty and have fun

Mammal Mania and Plantapalooza (for children ages 5 to 8)
These two mini-camps offered during the NJEA convention provide children with an opportunity to spend time outside exploring and learning in a fun and exciting way! Through games, crafts, stories and hikes children will learn about how animals and plants are getting ready for the upcoming winter.
