Daffodil Day: Sunday, April 18 - 2:00 PM Entry

Sunday, April 18 from 2:00 pm

Daffodil Day is a decades-old tradition in Summit, when visitors to the Arboretum have an opportunity to enjoy one of the largest daffodil collections in New Jersey – over 50,000 bulbs in bloom in the Arboretum's glacially carved Daffodil Bowl. Experience firsthand the spectacular display of color of thousands of these iconic daffodils that have made the Arboretum famous. This year we will follow the Earth Day focus of "Restore the Earth" with spring themed activities including games and crafts, music, food trucks, art exhibit, vendors, and of course, the Green Goats will be here. Take the story walk, enjoy a treat, and join us for this fun-filled day. We will be complying with all COVID guidelines. Masks will be required. Rain or shine; refunds will not be given.

This event will have staggered entry times (every half hour beginning at 11:00 am and ending at 2:00 pm). Please be sure that you have signed up for the correct time slot, as changing will be based on availability. Please do not arrive before the time you are registered for. Due to COVID restrictions, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.

Member registration begins Monday, March 22 at 9:00 am. Non-member registration begins Monday, April 5 at 9:00 am. Daffodil Day is FREE for RRA Members and children under 2. The cost for Non-Members is $10 per person.

Please note that registration for Family level members are limited to immediate family only. Individual and Senior level members are entitled to one entry and Dual level members are entitled to two entries.
