On September 1st of 1978, I was born.
On the first of September of 2014, Marc Montefusco was hired as the Director of Horticulture at Reeves-Reed Arboretum.
Lots of learning took place in the children's Square Foot Garden.
Our 2021 gardening season began in february while it was still cold outside. Like seasoned gardeners the children planned their gardens on paper, neatly tucking in their favorite vegetables and flowers in square foot plots.

The Spring season is off to a great start in the Children's Square Foot Garden at Reeves-Reed Arboretum
Soil has been mixed, boxes have been topped off, seeds have been sown, and seedlings are stored in the greenhouse, as we anticipate the arrival of warmer temperatures.
