The Spring season is off to a great start in the Children's Square Foot Garden at Reeves-Reed Arboretum

Soil has been mixed, boxes have been topped off, seeds have been sown, and seedlings are stored in the greenhouse, as we anticipate the arrival of warmer temperatures.

The Elephant Garlic planted in the fall, shows healthy signs of new growth. While harvested chives from our garden ( and its lavender blossoms) was made into a tasty edible flower...
