A Day of Service

This year is Reeves-Reed Arboretum’s 50th Anniversary, and our first event in our year-long celebration of this milestone was a great success!

For 26 years, Shaping Summit Together, a 501c3 organization, has celebrated the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr by creating a town-wide Day of Service. “Make it a day on! Not a day off!” is their motto for the holiday.

Mind Your Meal...Eat Sustainably

We’ve discussed a few sustainability topics this spring and summer, and one topic that is near and dear to our hearts here at the Arboretum is eating sustainably.  Not only is this practice healthy for the planet, but it is healthy for you and your family, too!
