Winter Tales from Around the World
For children ages 3 – 5 with an Adult
Folktales often have vivid animal characters and nature-related themes. Children will hear some of these stories brought to life and will create a unique craft related to our tale. A wonderful way to discover other cultures while learning about the environment! A different story and craft each date. Registration is required.

Who's Been Here?
For children ages 5 and up
Winter is a great time to look for animal signs. In this drop-off children’s program we will learn about tracks and other animal signs, then explore the grounds looking for the clues that the animals leave behind. Following our hike, we will return to the Discovery Center for hot chocolate, craft and story. Registration is required.
